SHIPPING & RETURNS

Orders outside of the United States

All shipments to member countries within the European Union (EU) and UK will be charged a "Value-Added Tax" or "VAT tax," which will have to be paid by the recipient to receive the goods. Before the package is delivered, you will be notified and asked to pay the VAT by your country’s local package delivery service.

Customers are responsible for their country's VAT/Taxes, and Customs. No additional fees will be paid for by Favro Ventures.

Return & Exchange Policy

If any game components are damaged or missing, I will happily arrange replacements for those items.

Any exterior game box damage will be handled on a case by case basis.

Returns and Refunds will only be considered for unopened games. A refund (minus a 4% restocking fee) will be issued once the unopened product is returned at the customer's expense.

Refunds will not be given for manufacturer delays or delays due to manufacturer shipment dates.

Incorrect Address

Favro Venture's is not responsible for the expense of secondary shipments due to incorrect addresses. If an address is incorrect, it's up to the recipient to pay the additional shipping charge.

If an address has to be changed for a second delivery attempt a separate invoice will be issued. Once paid, the second shipment will be sent out.

If a customer doe not wish to attempt a second delivery a refund for the game purchase, not including the original cost of shipping will be issued.
