SHIPPING & RETURNS
The manufacturering has begun on the 2nd printing of Spire’s End! At this time they have estimated that production will be complete and delivered to me in May. Now, considering Covid plays a role in manufacturing and delivery, delays can occur. If there is any delay, you will be notified via email.
Upon arrival in the US, Spire’s End will be packed and shipped directly to you. The product will be sent via USPS First Class. You will be notified at the time of delivery with an email confirmation and tracking number.
Customers are responsible for the laws, taxes and customs of their country and local mail offices.
Return & Exchange Policy
If any game components are damaged or missing, I will happily arrange replacements for those items.
Any exterior game box damage will be handled on a case by case basis.
Returns and Refunds will only be considered for unopened games. A refund will be issued once the unopened product is returned at the customer's expense.
Refunds will not be given for manufacturer delays or delays due to manufacturer shipment dates.
