SHIPPING, RETURNS & PRE-ORDER POLICY
Orders outside of the United States
All shipments to member countries within the European Union (EU) and UK will be charged a "Value-Added Tax" or "VAT tax," which will have to be paid by the recipient to receive the goods. Before the package is delivered, you will be notified and asked to pay the VAT by your country’s local package delivery service.
Customers are responsible for their country's VAT/Taxes, and Customs. No additional fees will be paid for by Favro Ventures.
Return & Exchange Policy
If any game components are damaged or missing, I will happily arrange replacements for those items.
Any exterior game box damage will be handled on a case by case basis.
Returns and Refunds will only be considered for unopened games. A refund (minus a 4% restocking fee) will be issued once the unopened product is returned at the customer's expense.
Refunds will not be given for manufacturer delays or delays due to manufacturer shipment dates.
Incorrect Address
Favro Ventures is not responsible for additional shipping expenses caused by incorrect or outdated addresses provided at checkout.
If an address issue results in a returned package or failed delivery, the customer is responsible for the cost of any secondary shipment. A separate invoice for reshipping will be issued and must be paid before the order is resent.
If the customer does not wish to proceed with a second shipment, a refund for the game purchase may be issued once the original order is returned to Favro Ventures. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Pre-Order Terms of Service
All pre-order sales are final and non-refundable once placed.
However, in the unlikely event that the product cannot be produced or delivered, a full refund will be issued to all affected customers.
Production of Spire’s End: Volume Two – Episode One (and any related products) is funded directly by these pre-orders. By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge that your purchase supports the manufacturing of this limited independent release and agree to wait until the projected fulfillment period for delivery.
If your order includes a pre-order item, all items in that order will ship together once the pre-order is fulfilled.
