Rangitaki is a solo choose-your-path card game designed for both newcomers and returning players. The adventure is completely self-contained, so no prior experience with Spire’s End is required. The story unfolds across three gripping chapters, each containing 100 tarot-sized cards (300 in total). With minimal setup and no complex bookkeeping, you can jump straight into the action. Simply flip the first card and begin.

On this adventure, you'll explore idyllic sandy shores, savor hand-crafted tiki cocktails with mermaids, engage in conversations with shrunken heads, delve into the mysteries of dark magic, and flee from gigantic carnivorous creatures.
Although the enchantments and mystery of the Spire's End: Rangitaki are hard to resist. You must be warned! This is a dark and twisted tale of untold dangers and certain death!
Navigating your way through the story is straightforward, intuitive, and comfortably familiar to those who've ventured into Spire's End before. You'll be presented with a deck of numbered cards featuring choices, each of which leads you to other cards.
There's no backtracking or running in circles. On a play through you always move forward.

Your goal is to gather Persuasion Points by consuming exotic cocktails and engaging in conversation challenges. Sip on delicious drinks like the potent Makana Mama, a blend of aged blackstrap rum and elderflower liqueur, or the mysterious Chum Chum (if you dare!). Each drink and conversation carries unique challenges and rewards, shaping your journey and determining whether you'll escape with newfound allies...or end up walking the plank! The Sunken Pearl offers a thrilling diversion from the main adventure, with its own unique rewards and challenges.

Prepare for 13 unique encounters, each a thrilling test of strategy. Face off against 39 unique enemies, each with their own strengths and weaknesses. The 8 diverse Terrain Cards influence these encounters. Many encounters offer branching paths and unexpected twists, and with diverse enemies and terrain, no two playthroughs will be exactly the same. Each encounter provides a brief, but intensely challenging experience with a limited number of moves, ensuring the action is never a grind.
